tolerance approach to Morden Slavery or human tra!cking as it is a crime

in business and relationships. Therefore, we have a goal to combat
Modern Slavery within our organisation which aligns with our disclosure
obligation under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Management is responsible for ensuring that the policy is discussed at
recruitment and during induction when new employee commence with the
aim of employees understanding that Modern Slavery in any form, is not
Acceptable in our organisation. Failure to adhere to company policy with
result in Law enforcement being involved.
Training will be provided to all employees. We will implement this policy
daily, monitoring its e/ectiveness within our organisation. Internal
systems and processes will be reviewed to ensure they are successful in combating Modern Slavery.
